Does anyone have any tips or pointers on how to hold of the White Mantle at the ship... I seem to get overwhelmed regardless of who i party with and always end up dead.

I'm running as a Ranger and have tried numerous builds and team builds but nothings worked as of yet.

Just let them wander in and pull them without activating the Vizier. Its possible to reach them when they stop by the Viziers spawn without triggering him too. Just be ready to flee, sometimes alot of them charge, but they tend to just stop and don't return back to there original spot.

Hmm i thought that! But when they all mob up on the pier do they merge into one big super group... or do they stay seperated?

Both, they stand together as one big group but they are infact still lots of little groups, sometimes u can pull just 1 group at a time other times the entire lot trys to follow you i depends on if u agro the closest one or the furthest one i think. As mentioned above once u pull them away they wont return to the mobbing point so they can then be serperated even easier should u accidentally pull a large group of them.

When u pull them from the vizier on onto the mini hill nearby with a low bow to pull them most effectivly (since ur longbow/flatbow's range will increase further) and with the least chance of triggering the Vizier.

If you get very unlucky the entire mob will charge you, but its best to flag the hench far back and seperate anyway since the Savants are likely to kick your arse otherwise.

Works quite well, you can cut down on the number of mobs at the end too if you pull them during the attacks, they're easier to handle when you pull them up to the top i find. Since that makes them only attack you from 1 side and you can control them better.
